  1. How does “My Peachies” work?

The process is reaaaally easy. Just click the “Subscribe” button, choose your style, your size with the help of our size chart, the subscription term, and the quantity that your peachy heart desires and that’s it! We’ll bill you every month and you’ll receive your goodies at your door.

Did we mention shipping is free inside the U.S? Welcome to peach paradise!

  1. What will I find in my monthly bag?

You’ll open your Golden Package and inside you will find a colored bag for you, a sticker and (TA-DAH!!) YOUR SELECTION OF PEACHIES!!

  1. How many panties will I receive each month?

It will depend on the package YOU choose ;)

  1. Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription but know that you will be missed ): If you experience an issue with our service, we’d love to hear it so we can evolve and (hopefully) see you again!

 

  1. Is there a Return Policy?

Because of health issues we can’t accept returns on panties.

  1. Can I skip a month?

But of course you can! All you have to do is log into your account and adjust your setting. Be aware of doing this before the 15th, which is $ BILLING DAY $.

  1. What’s the material of your underwear?

Your Peachies is composed of 100% nylon and spandex that adjusts to every silhouette and a 100 % cotton liner. We take care you <3.

  1. Where is the product manufactured?
    They say Dominican Republic has it all, and we believe it.
  2. What happens if I receive a wrong size?

Mistake happens and we believe in making up for our mistakes. Send us an email and we’ll fix the problem!

  1. What happens if I’m really selective?

Life is too short to use the same panties over and over, try something new! Shake it up a bit!

  1. What’s the proper way of taking care of my goodies?

Treat your peachies with love and they’ll return the love, we promise. Machine-wash them with cold water, only non-chlorine when needed. Tumble dry low, low iron.

Complimenting and kissing them is optional.

  1. Is there a referral program?

Yaaas!

  1. What about the shipping?

Let’s get this straight: No drive to the mall, no need of finding parking AND free delivery to your door. We know, it’s not a dream.

  1. When will I get my goodies?

Every month. Shipping begins every 15th. You can also track your Peachies location when you log into your account.

  1. Cancellation policy?

You’ll only need to do so before the next billing date. We’ll miss you! ):

BILLING

  1. When will I be billed?
    Immediately after subscribing. Billing is done automatically every 15th of each month. You can view your billing information in your profile when you log in.

 

  1. Is there a joining fee?

Zero, nada, nothing.

  1. Can I pay for months in advance?

Yaaas! Not only you can, you also save some extra $$!

  1. I moved. Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, yes, yes. You can log in into your account and edit it. Super easy. Just make sure to di it before your shipment leaves peachy ground.
